Illustrated books; unexpected poems derived from informal meetings with three neighbours, including supper and wine, where we set ourselves projects and homework. Certainly unexpected results, with home work done early and enthusiasm rife. Found method of folding one sheet of paper into booklet on internet and set about drawing response to poems. I give you 'Loose at 63'. 'Sonnet of the fruit fly' and 'Sonnet of the bee' to follow. Pocket Companions: 3 books by Judy Dewsbery 'Loose at 63', 'Sonnet of a Fruit Fly' and 'Sonnet of a Bee' can be seen at the SoCo exhibition at Arthur Greens (the Pier Shop), on the seafront near the Pig in Paradise. Open until October 2nd, 10.30 am - 5pm, closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
